AIA25b: Programming thr TCLab Part 1
Â
Dear Student ,
Â
Let's continue with our TCLab project 🤓!
Â
The following guide will provide an overview of the fundamentals of Arduino GPIO programming. Therefore, input/output functions, both digital and analog, will be developed. The final objective is to create a comprehensive firmware that can be used to manage the TCLab through serial communication.
Previous considerations
Your TCLab Board:Â The PCB must be working properly. Therefore, check the board both visually and electrically before connecting it; there shouldn't be any short circuits between +5V and GND.
Clean your PCB: Isopropyl alcohol or flux removal liquids should be used to clean and dry the PCB. It is advisable to use a toothbrush to remove any residual flux.
Apply the conductive glue: Use the thermal conductive glue provided by your lecturer. Just apply a small quantity.
Follow the guide: Now you are ready to work with the attached video to develop the first part of the firmware.
Stay tuned for the next steps, where we'll continue developing the software and integration to bring our project to life. If you have any questions or need assistance along the way, don't hesitate to contact me for support.
